Croft House Barn is a very comfortable 17th century cottage in the hamlet of Waterfall near to Waterhouses in the heart of the idyllic Peak District National Park.

Croft House Barn nestles amongst rolling hills and is around 400 years old.  The barn was attached to our former farmhouse and has been sympathetically renovated, maintaining characterful exposed stone and timber of an historic building whilst providing all the comforts and facilities you'd expect from a well-equipped home-from-home holiday base. It can comfortably sleep 6 (plus cots) in three en-suite bedrooms, one found on the ground floor.

Spacious, open plan living accommodation comprises large living room with ample seating and separate dining room, and well-equipped kitchen with light oak units and views to landscaping and fields. Downstairs super-king (or twin bedded) bedroom, ensuite shower room. Upstairs double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower. Twin-bedded room with ensuite shower room.

Patios to front and rear with furniture, BBQ and flower borders. Ample off-street parking with bike storage available. Prices include linens, heating, electricity, free sat, WiFi also a "welcome pack" including homemade and local produce and flowers.

Ideal location for the Manifold Valley cycling/walking trail, Dovedale, The Roaches, Alton Towers Resort, historic market towns of Ashbourne and Leek, National Trust properties, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, The Potteries, Heritage Mills, activity centres and much more.
