Greens Farm is a comfortable, well equipped, stone built farm cottage with gardens, dating back over 300 years in relaxing surroundings. It is part of a complete 25 acre smallholding and the surrounding land is still used to graze cattle and produce hay in the summer. Ideal for walkers or visiting many of the local attractions such as Alton Towers, Potteries and Chatsworth. Electricity and dogs included in the price.
The accommodation comprises a kitchen, sitting/dining room and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double bed and the second with two singles.
The kitchen contains the usual appliances, i.e. electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The cottage is heated by electric storage heaters,but the kitchen has an open fireplace for colder days.The water supply is local spring water. The sitting/dining room has a tv and digital channels via FreeSat.
The cottage has two gardens, with the larger walled garden being private and providing seating space. Off road parking is provided which can accommodate large vehicles and well behaved pets are allowed but dogs must not be left in the cottage on their own.The garden is enclosed so dogs are safe to go outside.
