Nestled in the depths of Temple Wood, Pink Cottage is a romantic retreat which sleeps two. Built in the 18th century it was originally Lady Bridgeman's Retreat where, according to her diaries she would write letters, read and drink tea.

Now the Pink Cottage is a haven from busy lives and offers a tranquil retreat and is the perfect hideaway for two. Set over one floor you will find a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen, unique sitting room with a wood burning stove and glass doors opening out to the garden, cosy bedroom and luxurious bathroom.

The design scheme reflects the colour palette and history of the cottage with sugared almonds, muted greys, oak furniture, chunky rugs and playful design features.

Guests have a large private garden with a terrace and garden furniture – perfect for warm summer nights.

Pink Cottage is set in a clearing in the heart of Temple Wood and is surrounded by 1,000 acres of Capability Brown parkland.
