‘Walnut House’ is a few paces from The Duncombe Arms, Staffordshire and has ten unique bedrooms overlooking The Dove Valley. The guest bedrooms have all the home-from home comfort that you’d expect from a country pub, but with the added details of a boutique hotel and stylish country-chic design.
The concept is a ‘pub with rooms’, where you can enjoy seriously delicious food and stay in a really cosy room with a rural backdrop of beautiful Staffordshire. There are four large double rooms with showers, four large doubles with baths and showers and two family rooms, each with a sofa bed, shower and bath.
Each room is decorated with different artisan wallpapers and high quality fabrics, and kitted out with sumptuous armchairs, a writing desk, a Roberts Radio and homemade biscuits from the kitchen. The bathrooms are stocked with handmade Bamford products, fluffy towels and plush towelling robes for guests to use.
