Officially established in 2022 but founded by Lee Wilson-Hart and Dave Wilson in 2020 after a discussion of what the future of Pubs should look like  post covid.

Lee already a keen beer lover and avid Landlord of multi award winning pub, The Greyhound Inn Warslow, spent the lockdown learning and further championing real Ale through the support business set up during Lockdown 'Peak District Beers' to support local microbrewers.

Dave, Lees father, a life long brewer learnt the craft from his father Fred Wilson, from Burton on Trent, another Life long Brewer of Burton Style beers.
