 We are a farming and butchery business based in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands. We’re proud to source directly from our own farm. and a small network of carefully selected partner farms and suppliers, providing complete traceability for everything we sell.
We are a catering and online butcher, specialising in rare and native breeds, focused on high welfare, free range produce, selling online with local and national delivery, and to a growing number of local ingredient led restaurants.
