About

Impressive gritstone edges and craggy rocks loved by walkers and climbers offering stunning panoramic views of the Peak District National Park in the Staffordshire Moorlands to the Cheshire plain and beyond. The Roaches groups together two main gritstone outcrops, 'Ramshaw Rocks' famous for the 'Winking Man' rock formation and 'Hen Cloud', with Tittesworth Water nestled beneath.

The Roaches is associated with craggy peaks, heather moorland, myths, folklore, and romatic film locations, the area has also become synonymous for Wallabies roaming wild!
