About
Armed Forces Day is the Nation's chance to show support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets.
Here at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, we will be marking this event across two days, with a range of fun family activities, a service of thanks and a food and craft fair.
Due to expected high visitor numbers, advanced booking is recommended to guarantee entry over Armed Forces Weekend.
Service of Tribute
On Armed Forces Day (24 June)
we will be holding a short service in the amphitheatre to recognise the work of our UK Armed Forces, and come together in thanking them for their hard work. The Service will include the Ride to the Wall cheque presentation.
Family Activities
There will be a whole host of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including climbing walls, Segways, archery, a free-drop airbag, zipline, assault course and much more.
Live Music
Across the weekend we will be welcoming two fantastic bands to the Arboretum to join in our celebrations and play a host of live music for our visitors.
Food and Craft Stalls
With stalls selling produce from a range of local sellers and small businesses, make sure to take time to look around to find a host of interesting items and delicious treats.
