During this British Butcher's Classic Pies course, British Champion Master Butcher Stephen Hill leads the way. First, he will guide you through crafting the perfect Oxtail Cheek and Ale pie. Then, you'll create a firm favourite, the classic Chicken & Ham pie.
In addition, you will benefit from Stephen's extensive industry experience. He will show you how to prepare and cook Perry's finest locally reared pork.
