MedARTation with Bless Your Arts is an invitation to connect to yourself more deeply through creative expression.

We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with your Soul. Then we will use our intuition to create a piece of visual art, along with our Angels, Guides and helpers. I will fill the space with Angelic Reiki and Crystal Energy to connect with our spirit and unleash the essence of who we truly are on to the canvas, creating a uniquely healing and motivational piece personal to you and your spiritual journey. Art is a vehicle for meditation and self-connection and one of the reasons it is so powerful is that it fosters acceptance.

Creating art is also a type of meditation, an active training of the mind that increase awareness and emphasizes acceptance of feelings and thoughts without judgment and relaxation of body and mind. By using guided meditation we can enhance our awareness and understanding of our soul’s communication in a safe and uplifting environment.
