A fun, relaxed atmosphere to learn a skill to impress at your next party, get together or even for yourself!

This is a hands on workshop where you'll have a demonstration and then create your own delicious 10 inch cheeseboard. All the ingredients and tools will be provided.

Topics we will cover:
- Introduction
- Advice on how to plan, prepare and present a cheeseboard (pairings)
- Cheeseboard building method, cutting techniques
- Garnishes/styling and detail work
- How to store your platters
- Photography tips

At the end of the workshop a prize will be awarded to the best board (£20 gift voucher for The Quarter)

The completed cheese boards can be enjoyed at The Quarter or taken home at the end of the event.
