About

MEETING POINT is at the main entrance off Condlyffe Road.

Leek Town Cemetery is the last resting place of 50 men and women with a close association with the town. 29 died during the Great War and 21 during the Second World War, some of which are Polish servicemen. Amongst some of the notable graves are two recipients of gallantry medals, and a pilot who lost his life in a crash just outside the town; his parents wanted him laid to rest close to where his plane went down.

Limited parking available nearby; on-site facilities and toilets; uneven ground and slopes; wheelchair access.

Our tours are free to the public, but if you would like to support us then please consider donating to our charity The Commonwealth War Graves Foundation (CWGF).
