Through the hum of everyday life, a name haunts Reuben's restless sleep — Emeline. This mystery woman's identity is as elusive as the shadows at dusk. With her neighbour Frances, Nora peels back layers of long-forgotten stories that have quietly shaped their lives.

As strangers step through the door, questions bubble to the surface. What secrets do they clutch tightly against their chests?
