Master the art of wheel throwing in this 5-week course, designed for beginners and those looking to refine their skills. Create stunning pottery under the expert guidance of renowned ceramic tutor, Lise Moorcroft and our experienced Studio Hosts.

What You'll Learn
How to prepare and centre clay on the wheel.
Techniques to throw bowls, cylinders, and other forms.
Trimming and refining your thrown pieces, if successful in creating them on the wheel.
Decorating techniques to finish your creations.
What's Included
All materials, clay, tools, and aprons.
Bisque and glaze firings for up to 4 pieces.
Expert tuition in a supportive and creative environment.
Each participant can keep up to one piece per making session, which will be bisque-fired. All items will then be glaze-fired after week five and will be ready to collect within four weeks.
Small class sizes (max. 8 participants) ensure personalised guidance and plenty of hands-on time at the wheel.
