Funhouse Comedy Club returns to Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek on Thursday December 4th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is the delightful, fast-paced and original Harriet Dyer who has appeared on 'The Russell Howard Hour', with her wacky, but true tales of life before she became a stand-up. Putting across the truth in her accounts, she connects with the audience making the stories funny. Often going off at a tangent to include the crowd, she then spins it back in her whimsical way.

Opening the night will be song writer, animator and comedian Howard Read who has appeared on The Royal Variety Show. Best known for appearances with his animated associate; Little Howard. Delivering his material with appeal and modesty he keeps the audiences under his charm and if you're lucky he may bring along his ukulele to play.

Also appearing is the uniquely funny NHS doctor, Henry Michael.

Completing the line-up will be Demitris Deech renowned for his ad-libbing he has been support act for several well-known comedians such as Alan Carr, Russell Howard, Rhod Gilbert and has appeared on television with Alan Davis.

Compere for the night is the cheeky, chatty Dave Twentyman, who puts a big smile on everyone's face. Talking a lot about the subjects closer to home such as family life and friends.
