The next in our series of Lunar Lectures for 2022 is "Itchy feet: the finest medical travellers of all time" by Simon Chaplin and Natasha McEnroe.

Throughout history, medicine and travel have gone hand in hand. Join medical curators and tour leaders Natasha McEnroe and Simon Chaplin as they tell the stories of six amazing men and women who combined medical know-how with an ambition to see the world. Come prepared to cast your vote for the finest medical traveller of all time!

Natasha McEnroe is Keeper of Medicine at the Science Museum and former Director of the Florence Nightingale Museum. Simon Chaplin is the former director of Wellcome Collection and the Hunterian Museum, London. Both are experienced medical history tour leaders and lecturers with Jon Baines Tours.

This will be a live lecture and will be held at Erasmus Darwin House. However, we will also be broadcasting the lecture on zoom and tickets for both options will be available.
