In 2018, Derbyshire-based multi-instrumentalist Joe Danks was chosen as one of The English Folk Dance & Song Society's 'Musicians In Museums' alongside some of the English Folk Scene's most respected voices. Joe became musician in residence at The National Maritime Museum (NMM), and the genesis of his first album 'Seaspeak' (2021) began, bringing to life some of the museum's most affecting stories and the role of the sea through history.

For this show, Joe is joined by contributing musicians to the Seaspeak album.
