The session will also look at the benefits of drawing & art for well-being, stress, and anxiety.

About the Artist:
Art and creativity have always been a big part of Kate's life. For the last 25 years, she has worked in the creative and photographic industries, including working for the BBC, magazines and catalogues. Her artwork is inspired by a passion for all things botanical and is all about 'bringing the outside in'. She works with pen and watercolour as well as mixed media.
