North Staffs Mind is excited to welcome you back to its festive Mental Elf 5K Fun Run, the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season while raising vital funds and awareness for mental health in Staffordshire.

Walk, jog or run your way around the scenic 5km route at Trentham Gardens, dressed in your most festive gear – elves, Santas, reindeer, all welcome! This event is open to all ages and abilities.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer a stroll with the family, every step helps support the work of North Staffs Mind, a local mental health charity supporting over 12,000 people across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire every year.

Your support helps North Staffs Mind continue to deliver essential services including The Maccas Project, adult support, supported housing, mental health training and more.
