About
Apedale boasts the UK's premier collection of railway equipment from the First World War, and this weekend is the opportunity to see it at work. WW1-era locos will haul passenger trains. Freight trains will see both ww1-era and military trains from later years demonstrated. Visitors can also tour our replica Trench, and learn a little more about the experiences of soldiers during the Great War.

Fares for this event are Adults £5, children £3, family £12. This allows for a train ride and access to the wider site.
