Moorland Voices, a celebrated local choir, will perform songs, poetry and instrumentals relating to the moon, earth and stars.

Moorland Voices, based in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, is a chamber choir of about 26 voices performing a wide and varied repertoire, including classical, jazz, folk and popular music.

They are celebrating their 10th year together and have a collaborative approach to their music. They often perform in the Cheadle and Leek area but have also sung in South Africa, The Netherlands and Norfolk.

Feel free to bring a cushion to make yourself more comfortable in the pews!

There is no parking at the church and the surrounding roads are unsuitable for event parking.

This event is part of Cheadle Moon, a special celebration of the life of pioneering astronomer Mary Adela Blagg.
