Moving Together is a gentle movement and creative session for older adults and those with mobility challenges. It explores jazz, rock & roll, contemporary and jive styles.

Based in Lichfield, Freya holds a BA (hons) and Masters in Dance, as well as being accredited in Dance for people living with Parkinson's Disease. She performs and teaches regularly across the Midlands, sharing her passion for inclusive dance.
