- Cumin & Onion Seed Flatbreads
- Steak (butcher's choice) with Chimmi Churri
- Roasted Pineapple, Chilli, Lime, Rum & Stem Ginger with Whipped Cream
- Lemon, Garlic, Rosemary & Anchovy Stuffed Leg of Lamb – hung and slow cooked over a Kadai fire pit (demonstration)
