Explore the beautiful grounds as you help Arbie search for colourful leaves and other Autumnal treasures in this brand-new outdoor trail.
Keep an eye out for wildlife and trees that reflect the rich colours of autumn. It's a fun and interactive way to connect with nature and enjoy the magic of the season!
Interactive Storytelling | 26 - 30 October 2026
Gather round and take your seats, as storytelling sessions take you on a journey of the imagination.
Advance booking is required for these storytelling sessions. Tickets will be on sale closer to the event date.

Drop-In Arts and Crafts | Free | 11am - 3pm | 26 - 30 October 2026
Inspired by Arbie and the Magical Lights and the Autumnal Trail come and let your creativity loose in drop-in Arts and Crafts sessions.
Explorer's Passport
Make sure to bring your free Explorer's Passport and join in all the fun as the Arboretum celebrates its 25th Anniversary.
October half term is the last chance for you to collect your stamps to earn a special prize.
Can you collect them all to become the ultimate explorer?
Outdoor Play Areas
At the Arboretum, there are two outdoor play areas available for young visitors to enjoy. The Children's Sensory Play Garden can be found near to the Remembrance Centre. A second children's play area, with a picnic area, can be found further into the Arboretum grounds.
Please note: only assistance dogs are permitted within the Children's Play Areas.
