Daniel Bishop is Director of Music at Liverpool College and former Sub Organist of Liverpool Cathedral, a post he held for over 20 years. A graduate of Huddersfield University, Dan specialised in composing and arranging with a particular interest in film music transcriptions. He has arranged music for the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society's annual 'Spirit of Christmas' concerts and has played extensively across Europe and the USA, particularly New York, Philadelphia, Washington and Texas.
This programme features popular mainstream repertoire for organ alongside film transcriptions including the main themes from the Star Wars movies and John Williams' epic Superman March.
