The Tudor Farming Interpretation Group have been exploring the history & archaeology of a small farmstead in the Dove Valley since 2016. The 2024 Open Day will give visitors the chance to see the exciting results of our latest work!

Our family friendly event will give visitors the chance to visit an exciting project which has shown how important local heritage groups can contribute to national research! In addition to sharing our very latest findings, we also offer a range of activities to take part in including:

Accessibility details: We offer an optional guided walk to a peat bog which is unsuitable for people with limited mobility and children under 5 years of age.
