Santa came to rest… the elves had other ideas!
Celebrate a mischievous Christmas at Tamworth Castle!

Santa has come to the Castle for a well-earned rest ahead of his busy night on Christmas Eve. He knew the Castle was having some important work done, so he brought along his Good Elves to help with the repairs. Unfortunately, the Naughty Elves have arrived too – and they have been causing Christmas chaos!

Explore the historic Castle and see if you can spot what the elves have been up to. Help find the reindeers' missing carrots, write a letter to Santa and send it up the Castle chimney using Santa's special Castle Post, and create your own Christmas keepsake to take home.
But there's one very important thing left to do…
Find Santa!

With groups of up to 15 visitors, this year's experience will be a more intimate Christmas adventure, specially created around the historic Northside of the Castle. Essential conservation and repair work is continuing at Tamworth Castle, so visitors may see scaffolding and areas of the Castle that are closed during their visit. But don't worry - the Good Elves are on the job!

Come and discover the Christmas mischief, meet Santa and see what happens when his elves take over the Castle!
But shhh… don't tell the Naughty Elves you're coming!

Running time is approximately 1 hour.
Customers are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to their ticket time and allow a minimum of 2 hours parking.
Please note this is a grotto experience with other families present.
