• Join Textile artist Deborah Davis for a few hours of relaxing slow stitching to make an embroidered and appliqued book cover. We will be using a range of embroidery stitches and applying vintage fabrics and lace.
• All fabrics and threads will be provided – although you may have a stash of special fabrics, threads and haberdashery that you may want to include.
•Book is not provided; you will need an A5 sketch or notebook. Please bring a basic sewing kit if you have one.
•This workshop is suitable for beginners or experienced sewers.
•The workshop runs from 10- 2.30 with a half hour break for lunch, which can be purchased, from the café or you can bring your own.
