STAFFORDSHIRE MOORLANDS WALKING FESTIVAL 2024

This lovely walk 7.5 miles moderate/leisurely walk passing through woodands, a nature reserve and beside the River Churnet.  Some excellent views. Starting from Oakamoor car park GR SK052445 postcode ST10 3AG we proceed via Rock Cottage and Whiston, returning via the Staffordshire Way through Hawkesmoor Nature Reserve and Sutton Wood.(1,200ft of ascent).

Our Group is from Market Drayton, we meet to car share at Market Drayton Swimming Centre at 09:00, although we are happy for other people to meet us at the start of the walk.
