Everyone’s welcome at parkwalk. Everyone starts at the same time and walks the same 5k parkrun route, alongside runners and volunteers. It’s free, fun, and a great way to stay active at your own pace.  At parkwalk there's no pressure to run, it's fine to go at whatever speed you want - there's no time limit and every event has a volunteer tail walker who's always last to finish.  Come and join us and start walking your way to a healthier you along with our parkwalk volunteers.

There are short sections of grass which can get muddy in wet weather but the course is mainly level and flat and accessible to suitable buggies/ wheel chairs.   Marshalls are visible around the course at all times and Parkwalk volunteers walk the event along with participants. Defib is always onsite.
