SONIC BOOM MUSIC FESTIVAL is an independent festival produced by Sonic Boom Music CIC in partnership with East Staffordshire Borough Council and Burton Music Collective and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

Burton town is uniting the community with new music to shape its future. It began two years ago with sold-out shows and new fans connecting. In 2024, it continues with a locally curated festival, matching the quality of national festivals. Fiercely independent and dedicated to championing new music.

We know music can change a community, raise up a town. SONIC BOOM MUSIC FESTIVAL is a regionally significant open festival event, its main stage is free, with evening events all across town, curated by our music community.
