Along the way, you'll gather inspiration and a few ingredients from the grounds.

Hands-on making session using wild, fresh ingredients
Taste the season with vibrant spring recipes
Take-home growing project to continue the joy at home

What to savour & take home

• Fermented nettle & wild garlic pesto OR Magnolia & ginger syrup/ gorse flower & ginger syrup
• Pot your own pea shoots to grow and enjoy at home

Please note that, as we are working with ingredients from the land, they may vary depending on what is in bloom at the time of the workshop.
