Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays from June through September, Spud & Steam is a pre-bookable takeaway food experience that lets you pick up your hot meal from the Tea Room at Froghall Station before boarding your train through the spectacular Churnet Valley. Choose from classic toppings including cheese and beans, tuna mayonnaise, baked beans, or butter — all served with a bottle of water. It's a relaxed, family-friendly way to enjoy one of the Midlands' most scenic heritage railways without the formality of a full dining train. All departures are from Froghall Station (ST10 2HA) and pre-booking is required.
