Tuesday Evening Spunch Event - 60/90/120 min hilly score course options, using a rich network of public rights of way, concessionary paths and open access land.  Navigating with an enlarged and enhanced extract of OS Explorer map. 

Parking, Registration, Loos, Start, Finish & Refreshments all at Heaton House Farm Wedding Venue, Coppice Side, Rushton Spencer, Macclesfield, SK11 0RD.

Run, jog or walk - suitable for fell runners, trail runners, park runners, adventure runners, orienteers, walkers, and newcomers alike.  Great for families and friends to do together.  Suitable for all ages 14+ and all abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. 

No dogs allowed on your run/walk.  

Start anytime between 6:30pm & 7:30pm.  Registration open from 6:00pm.

120 min course participants must start before 7:00pm.
