Get wrapped up and add Thursday 21st November to your diaries as the date that Stone Town Council will once again be staging the annual switch-on of the town’s Christmas lights!

The annual event sees Stone Town Centre packed with families, young and old, enjoying the festivities as an evening of entertainment counts down to the light switch on.

Once again, Samantha Lloyd returns as compere for the event and will get the program underway at 5:00pm.

There will be a range of entertainment leading up to the switch-on, including Rooftop Studios and the Stone combined schools choir, which is always a wonderful highlight of the evening.

At 7:00pm we will get to the main event – the turning on of the lights. This year the lights will be switched on by the Town Mayor, and of course, Father Christmas.
