As part of a Mayor Fundraising event Town Mayor Bill Cawley will be talking a tour of Leek Pubs on Friday 26th August from 7 pm . The tour will include a talk in 4 Leek pubs . The Cock, the Silk Mill, the Blue Mugge and the Red Lion where encounters with some of the stranger incidents in Leek's drinking history will be outlined
The tour will also include these we have lost with visits to the sites of some of the pubs that are no longer existing as well as a nod to other characterful boozers in the town
