Something has been disturbed beneath the Castle...

During the Castle's essential repair works, builders have accidentally disturbed something that was better left alone. Since then, strange sounds and shadows have been reported throughout the Castle.

Long ago, the castle's stonemasons knew that something strange lurked beneath the Castle. To keep everyone safe, they created special Magical Mason's Marks and carved them into the stone. The marks formed a protective barrier, trapping whatever was beneath the Castle and keeping it from getting out.

But over the centuries, the marks have faded and their magical power has weakened. Now that the builders have disturbed the ancient protections, whatever was trapped beneath the Castle may be trying to escape...
