We are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Things That Go On Things to present their latest artwork TREES!

The touring installation will be premiering in February 2024 – 9th February in Biddulph and 10th February in Leek.

 Starting in the Staffordshire Moorlands with OUTSIDE, then touring to Doncaster with Right Up Our Street and Bolton with Bolton Library and Museum.

The life size TREE sculptures will appear in a public space and visitors will be able to peek inside to explore the wondrous world of the underground surrounded by an audio piece developed from nature itself. As dusk falls the TREES will glow and a forest will appear in the urban landscape they have landed in… 

Thanks to Arts Council England for funding the piece, and all the partner organisations who are making this adventure happen.

The installation has a stellar creative team of Things That Go On Things, Jason Singh, Chris Plant, Yan Tan Tethera, Hannah Staff, Soup Collective, Alikhan Assadi, Jezz Hellens and Jesús Blanco Santos.

We will be posting invitations and creative zines to areas around the locations where the work will be presented, and hosting workshops around the themes of trees and mushrooms in the run up to the presentation.
