Working with the highest quality, sustainably reared beef, you'll learn how to break down a side of locally produced British beef. This two-day artisan butchery course is a brilliant opportunity to explore the primary cuts of beef, learning how they are prepared so you can create delicious food.

Some other key skills you will learn are; removing and debonding the fore rib, boning the chuck eye and removing the brisket muscles, the sirloin and the fillet. You will also be taught how best to store your meat ready for your freezer at home!
